Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of https://gta6sidekick.com and the GTA6Sidekick app (together "the Service"), operated by Nomast B.V. (a company in formation under Dutch law) ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
GTA6Sidekick is an independent companion for the video game Grand Theft Auto VI and its online mode. It offers weekly activity recommendations, an AI assistant ("the Sidekick"), guides, news, community discoveries, reference data and a progress tracker. The Service is provided "as is" for information and entertainment. It does not modify the game, interact with game servers or provide any advantage that is against the game's rules.
GTA6Sidekick is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or any of their subsidiaries. Grand Theft Auto, GTA and related names are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and are used only to describe the subject of our content.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You may use most of the Service without an account. To use Premium or sync your progress you need an account, created with an email link or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
3. Free use and fair use
The free version includes a daily limit on Sidekick questions and shows advertising. We may adjust the limits and features of the free version. Automated access, scraping, reselling answers or circumventing limits is not allowed.
4. Premium subscriptions
4.1 Merchant of record
Premium is sold through our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (for customers in the UK, EU and most other countries) or Paddle.com Inc. (for customers in the USA). Paddle handles payment, invoicing, taxes and refund processing. By purchasing you also accept Paddle's buyer terms. Your invoice will show Paddle as the seller.
4.2 Prices and renewal
The base prices are €4.99 per month or €19.99 per year, including VAT where applicable. At checkout the price is shown in your local currency and may differ slightly from the base price because of currency conversion and local taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance if the price of your plan changes; the new price applies from the next renewal.
4.3 Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account page or via the link in your Paddle receipt. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for; there are no partial refunds for unused time, except as described below.
4.4 Refunds and the right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after your first purchase. Because Premium is a digital service that starts immediately, you agree that it starts within the withdrawal period; if you withdraw within 14 days you will be refunded in full unless you have used Premium features substantially, in which case a proportional amount may be deducted. Beyond the statutory right, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on any first purchase, no questions asked. Refund requests go to support@gta6sidekick.com or to Paddle at paddle.net. Renewals are refundable within 14 days of the renewal charge if you have not used the Service in that period.
4.5 What Premium includes
Premium currently includes an ad-free experience, unlimited Sidekick questions subject to fair use, personalised weekly routes and early access to new features. We may add, change or retire features over time; if we remove a core feature you may cancel and receive a proportional refund for the remainder of the period.
5. Content and accuracy
Our content is written by us, partly with the help of AI tools, and checked before publication. Game data changes with every update, community discoveries can turn out to be wrong, and AI answers can contain mistakes. We mark community discoveries as verified or unverified and link to sources where possible, but we cannot guarantee that any information is complete, current or correct. Use it at your own judgement. Estimated earnings and XP rates are indications, not promises.
6. Intellectual property
All text, structure, data compilations, design and code of the Service are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and database rights. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute or republish our content without written permission, other than short quotations with a link back. Screenshots of the game, where shown, are used for commentary and are credited to their source; game assets remain the property of their respective owners.
7. User contributions
If you submit a discovery, correction or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit and publish it as part of the Service, and you confirm that you have the right to do so. We may credit you by the name you provide. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or that contains personal data of others.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to break the law, to harass others, to attempt to access other users' data, to overload or attack our systems, to reverse engineer the Sidekick, or to generate content that promotes cheating tools, exploits or anything that violates the game's terms of service.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for the Service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. If we discontinue the Service entirely, active Premium subscribers will be refunded for the unused part of their subscription.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of in-game progress, or losses caused by inaccurate content or by third-party services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for consumers under mandatory consumer protection rules in their country of residence.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy and cookie policy, which form part of these terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Consumers also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we notify registered users at least 14 days in advance; continued use after that date means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.
