Enus Windsor in GTA 6: the Rolls-Royce-style luxury coupe

Somewhere in the Trailer 2 traffic there is a Rolls-Royce, and community trackers have landed on the Enus Windsor. GTABase lists it as confirmed from the second trailer, while autoevolution logs the same car as a Windsor Drop, the convertible version, and reads it as a Rolls-Royce Ghost¹²³.

Where it appears, scene by scene

Rockstar has still only shown the Windsor for a few seconds of Trailer 2 background traffic, and nothing longer surfaced when the fuller Extended Look aired on Netflix and Rockstar's own channels on August 27, 2026¹⁶. That 26-minute presentation went deep on missions, weapons and the two protagonists, and outlet breakdowns of its vehicle cameos catalogued a wave of luxury cars, including a Rolls-Royce Cullinan-style SUV used in an airport security convoy, but none of the coverage found so far calls out a Windsor by name⁶. In other words, the Windsor's strongest evidence is still the original Trailer 2 frame and the community identification built around it, not anything from the newer footage.

Wraith or Ghost, coupe or convertible

The disagreement is worth flagging rather than smoothing over. GTABase says Wraith, autoevolution says Ghost, and the two sources also differ on whether the trailer car has a roof²³. Both cars share a face and a grille at trailer distance, so a short shot is not enough to settle it. Until the game is out, the honest answer is that a large Enus luxury car appears and its exact variant is unresolved²³.

The real car behind it

The Rolls-Royce Wraith that GTABase points to is a real departure for its maker. Unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, it revived a nameplate Rolls-Royce had not used since the late 1930s and was pitched as the brand's most dynamic driving experience to date, built around a 6.6-litre twin-turbo V12 producing 624 horsepower and an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph⁵. It paired that output with a fastback coupe silhouette and starlight-headliner options that made it a favourite among a younger, more design-conscious set of Rolls-Royce buyers than the marque's traditional saloon customers⁵. A Wraith-based Windsor would put GTA 6's version at the sportier end of the Enus range rather than in the limousine territory occupied by cars like the Super Diamond.

What the Enus badge means

Enus is the series' British luxury manufacturer, the Rolls-Royce and Bentley analogue that has produced the Super Diamond, the Cognoscenti and the Windsor across GTA IV, GTA V and GTA Online². The Windsor nameplate itself goes back to GTA San Andreas, though the modern car shares nothing with the old one beyond the name².

Brand history in the GTA series

Enus has served as the series' Rolls-Royce and Bentley stand-in since GTA IV, and its lineup leans on long bodies and paired headlamp clusters to sell the British ultra-luxury look⁴. The Super Diamond, introduced in The Ballad of Gay Tony and carried into GTA V and GTA Online, apes the 2003-2017 Rolls-Royce Phantom down to a diamond-studded hood ornament standing in for the Spirit of Ecstasy⁴. The Cognoscenti, meanwhile, reads closer to a Maybach 62 despite wearing the same Enus badge, a reminder that one in-game manufacturer in this series routinely covers several real-world brands at once rather than a strict one-to-one parody⁴. Against that backdrop, a Wraith-flavoured Windsor would give Enus a genuinely sporting coupe alongside its existing limousines, filling a gap the brand has not had since San Andreas.

What earlier GTA games did with this model

The Windsor name is not new. GTABase traces it back to GTA San Andreas, and the badge returned in a modernised form for GTA V and GTA Online as a two-door luxury coupe, distinct from the four-door Super Diamond and Cognoscenti sedans that share the Enus name². That earlier Windsor leaned on a more generic personal-luxury-coupe silhouette rather than a specific identifiable Rolls-Royce, which makes the Trailer 2 car's closer resemblance to a real, named Rolls-Royce model something of a step up in specificity for the nameplate, if the identification holds²³.

Why it is in Vice City

Trailer 2 works hard to show wealth stacked next to poverty, and a Rolls-Royce parked outside a club is the shortest way to say that¹. The Windsor sits at the top of the price ladder for non-supercars, which is a category GTA 6 clearly intends to populate given how much of the trailer is set among the nightlife of Vice City¹³.

What we expect in GTA 6

Two general systems Rockstar has confirmed give a sense of what owning a car like the Windsor should feel like without saying anything about the Windsor specifically. Coverage of the Extended Look described a tiered vehicle security system replacing the old one-button hotwire, in which expensive, well-alarmed cars require tools like key-cloners and carry trackers that alert police if driven above the speed limit, which would put a car at the Windsor's price point well up that ladder⁷. The same round of previews also confirmed dedicated customisation locations, including Rideout Customs in Vice City for wheels and interior work, suggesting luxury coupes will have at least some cosmetic modification options even if a car like the Windsor is unlikely to get the performance-shop treatment aimed at muscle cars and off-roaders⁸. Both points describe GTA 6's systems in general, not confirmed behaviour for this specific vehicle.

Community theories

The Wraith-versus-Ghost disagreement between GTABase and autoevolution has become a minor running debate in trailer-breakdown communities, partly because the two real cars share Rolls-Royce's current design language closely enough that a two-second traffic shot is genuinely hard to call²³. A second, smaller theory concerns the roof: some breakdowns argue the car reads as a convertible Windsor Drop rather than a fixed-roof coupe, which would make it a different variant of the same nameplate rather than a different real-world source car³. Neither theory can be resolved without a longer, cleaner look at the vehicle, which is exactly the kind of gap a future gameplay trailer or the GTA 6 website's own vehicle showcase would close.
