Community frame-by-frame breakdowns of the Trailer 2 sequence describe Jason pulling the Tempesta directly out of the back of a moving transport truck, the kind of showy character introduction Rockstar tends to reserve for a car it wants players to notice⁵. That places the Tempesta in active use rather than static traffic, even though Rockstar itself never names the car on screen. The Grand Theft Auto VI Wiki, an independent fan reference that lists vehicles only once they are visible in official media, does not carry a dedicated Tempesta entry as of this writing, which is a reminder that even a fairly confident identification like this one rests on community pattern-matching rather than an on-screen label¹⁰.

Real-world inspiration

GTABase reads the Tempesta as a Lamborghini Huracan with Centenario elements and a nod to a proposed Lotus Esprit design, while autoevolution simply calls it a Huracan²³. Either way it is the mid-range Lamborghini rather than the flagship, which is a meaningful distinction in a game where the price ladder does a lot of work².
