The leak being referenced

In September 2022 a breach put a large volume of in-development Grand Theft Auto VI footage online, years before Rockstar intended to show anything. Rockstar later told a UK court that the incident cost the company in the region of 5 million dollars on top of thousands of hours of staff time, and the studio described the experience of having unfinished work exposed as deeply damaging to its developers²³.
